An organization needs to create a continuing education environment. TBCW/adversion provides corporate education options for professional development activities to educate employees ranging from in-house learning opportunities to academic collaborations with educational institutions.
Advertising and Media industries are, or at least should be, fun to work in. Cos these very demanding and sometimes challenging businesses could only be handled by one enjoying what they do. In TBCW/adversion, we developed a series of workplace learning sessions called AdCasts to sustain this nurturing environment in the agency. AdCasts are seminars where the organization respectfully brings experienced individuals to our feet. Photographers, copywriters, designers, etc., with an experience of a decade or more, share their own ways of understanding, problem-solving, and knowledge that assist the employees and trainees in developing and evolving. AdCasts are fun and facts because the topics are based on actual and funny stories that happened and were solved.
In TBCW/adversion, we provide educational courses and training programs to employees and interns on various scales. For industry professionals, the programs vary from marketing & business classes to professional training on artistic skill sets desired to be developed or augmented. These courses range from online education to on-site training. Also, as a benefit of having a seat, one may offer a course to be added to our courses library. TBCW/adversion team members also have the privilege to benefit from the exclusive library of the agency, with a count of over a thousand complete resources in both Turkish and English.
For interns and trainees, overseers shall develop and track in-house development programs. There are five different internship programs in-house. These are creative, art, strategy, research, and account programs. Each program has milestones to be achieved and leads and helps the participant to be a competent and competitive professional in their career. There are always opportunities for interns and trainees to become an A-team members. A participant can always take two birds with one stone. Mandatory internships can be completed in TBCW/adversion, but we are interested in something other than short-term internship candidates. Most internship programs require a basic understanding of the field and are long enough to be no less than a six-month challenge.
TBCW/adversion has academic collaborations with several universities in Istanbul for graduate or doctoral program admission advantages and internship programs for semesters.

TBCW/adversion is partnered with Bahçeşehir University for Joint Education Model and with İstanbul Aydın University for On-site Implementation Model.
The Joint Education Model of Bahçeşehir University and the On-site Implementation Model of Istanbul Aydın University consist of 14-week programs that separately cover the fall and spring terms. Before each semester, the candidates apply for the positions announced on the university website’s related pages. The students develop and sharpen their skills in relevant areas. Via these partnerships, the applicants prepare themselves for the competitive business league, from advertising to design, games, digital media, corporate communication, and public relations while they are still at university.
At the end of the term, the students get graded by the agency and their academic advisor. The grade given is recorded in the course slots of our students as the final grade of one or two courses.*
